Merritt's Baptism

Merritt was baptized on March 2, and family and friends came into town for the big event.  Tina even traveled from London to be here!

After church, we all went over to Mom and Smith's house for lunch.  We didn't get many pictures, and most of them weren't all that great.  But here a couple of the good ones.

Tina surprised us at lunch by wearing a fairy godmother costume!  What a wonderful aunt and godmother she is!  Merritt is a lucky girl!

Please, prepare yourself now for an overload of photos of Merritt in her christening gown.  It's just too hard to narrow them down.  (Actually, I did narrow them down!)

It was such a special day, and we are so happy that so many of our favorite people could be with us to celebrate.  It's been 2 months since the baptism.  Time is flying!
